Ghana-born lyricist, filmmaker, and writer Blaksun Quest returns with a powerful new album, “Do What You Gotta Do,” a bold continuation of his mission to challenge the status quo and explore the African state of being. Known for his thought-provoking verses and avant-garde sound, Quest transcends the hip-hop paradigm, offering listeners an immersive journey through spirituality, identity, and Pan-Africanism.

A multimedia creator with an activist’s voice, Quest pieces together the puzzle of existence through music, film, and written word.
